I think we all want to be healthy! It is more fun to be healthy though when you have foods that you can take anywhere and foods that taste great! Here a few delicious foods that can help you be healthy:

Dried Fruit
There are all kinds of dried fruit that taste delicious!
Apricots


Strawberries


Apples

Bananas

Grapes

Nuts are another healthy food:

Almonds

Cashews

Pistachios

And last but not least...water!
Water is one of the best things you can give your body! It helps you lose weight and keeps you hydrated.
Pure water is the best but flavored water is OK too.

You can take water bottles anywhere!
Water is very healthy for you

Vitamin water is a flavored water with healthy vitamins in it
